Production Assistant: Fox Sports Ohio
I joined the production crew for Drennan Live in February 2020 as a freelance PA. My main tasks include screening viewers' calls to talk with Bruce Drennan and camera operating in the studio. Prior to the live broadcast on Sports Time Ohio, I assist with organizing Bruce's topics that are created by the production director
Sports Broadcaster: Q92 WDJQ
I joined Q92 located in Alliance, Ohio in 2018 serving as a sports broadcaster for local Stark County high school football and basketball games. I establish live remotes at venues to broadcast events on Q92 streams. I as well organize commercials and establish the time of advertisement played for station funding. Before the broadcast, I meet with coaches for a segment called the "Coaches Corner," to get the thoughts of coaches leading to kick-off. Every week during the high school football season I record game previews so that the audio file can be played on other networks in the pregame show.
Color Commentator and Camera Operator: ESPN 3 and ESPN+ Cleveland State
In the winter of 2018, I provided analysis, insight, and statistics for Cleveland State women’s basketball on ESPN+ and ESPN 3. I also organized game previews to be played on-air prior to going live from the Wolstein Center. This included player spotlights, series matchups, and previous game breakdowns events. Additionally, I aided as a camera operator and production assistant for Cleveland State men’s basketball games on ESPN+ and ESPN 3.
National Sports Forum: Internship
I had the opportunity to be an Intern at the National Sports Forum in 2018 (Frisco, TX) and 2019 (Las Vegas, NV). My job tasks included registration, directing attendees to their breakout sessions, assisted with setting up for the Forum and note taker and mic runner for panel sessions. Mount Union's sports business department has a good relationship with the Forum and hires eight students each year to assist in the Forum. The Forum brings together those that work in ticket sales, event management, public relations and much more with sports organizations.
In-Seat Vendor: Cleveland Indians
I joined Delaware North Sports Services in April 2014. From 2014-2018, I sold hot dogs for the Cleveland Indians, and in 2019 I switched to selling beer. I have had the opportunity through six seasons with the Indians to work three playoff runs, including the World Series in 2016. I as well worked the 2019 All-Star Game at Progressive Field.
In-Seat Vendor: Cleveland Browns
I joined Aramark in 2019 to be an in-seat beer vendor for Cleveland Browns games at First Energy Stadium. In one season I had the opportunity to work all regular-season home games, including Sunday night and Thursday night football.
